What to expect:

SUP Yoga is a unique practice that takes your yoga flow onto a stand-up paddleboard. This session features a Vinyasa flow, a style of yoga known for its fluid, water-like movements—perfectly complementing the experience of practicing on water.

Each session begins with breathwork and intention setting, helping you arrive fully in the present moment and create a calm, focused mindset before moving into the flow. The sequence emphasizes balance and core strength, offering a dynamic yet grounding workout that also improves flexibility in key areas like the back, neck, and hips.

Beyond the physical, yoga provides powerful healing and wellness benefits—supporting both mental clarity and overall well-being in a natural and holistic way.
