Our 1hr SUP lessons will get you up and paddling, even if you’ve never tried SUP before. Learn the technique to balance on the board and how to paddle, then get out on the canals with our instructors to try it out. The flat water of the canals is an ideal place for learning and to get you more comfortable and confident on the board.

Experience the ultimate blend of serenity and strength with our Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga sessions! Reconnect with nature as you flow through yoga poses while balancing on calm waters. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our expert instructors will guide you to find harmony between mind, body, and nature. 3 Days – V&A Waterfront
The SUP Instructor Program is a comprehensive three-day training course designed to give you the skills and knowledge necessary to become a SUP instructor. This program covers essential SUP techniques, safety protocols, and effective teaching methods. You will engage in hands-on training, shadowing lessons, and receive access to detailed guides to ensure you’re fully prepared to teach stand-up paddleboarding.
