Please take note: Safety is our priority. All individuals under the age of 14 must have adult supervision or hire an instructor, and we provide life jackets for all paddlers to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience.
If you are looking to purchase your own SUP please come and talk to us first. It’s important to get the right sized SUP for both your size and for what you will use the SUP for. At SUP Cape Town you can try a few different boards to see how you get on before you buy. It’s very important to buy a good quality brand to give you both the peace of mind and a rock solid guarantee, some retailers will not have the quality or choice we do, along with our after service if anything should go wrong. All our inflatable boards come with a guarantee, either 1 or 2yrs. We invite you to visit our retail store conveniently located on the canal, at Battery Park in the V&A Waterfront to ‘try before you buy’ we have a large selection of demo boards.

RENTALS & BASIC INSTRUCTION
The best way of learning is on the flat water and we have 3 stations for you to try. No hazards and no waves, makes the canals an ideal place for your first time and will make you more comfortable and confident on the board. We do offer discounts for larger groups. Inclusions for the hour: Sup rental and basic lesson on land. If you need a life jacket, let us know.
SUP PRIVATE LESSON
1 Hour of SUP with an instructor. You will learn safety – water, wind knowledge and equipment specs, Stability, Position and Balancing different paddling strokes.
PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS
If you are looking for the ideal fun function, SUP Cape Town can offer you a perfect venue and fun get together activity. The perfect venue: central location; ample parking; proximity to hotel accommodation and of course the added benefit of a fun day out. We have tables, chairs and a undercover area. No matter the size of the group, we can accommodate rotating the group with the SUP or with our XL SUP. Stand Up Paddle Boarding – SUP is a great team building activity for your staff and company functions.
